This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
Complete the Online Registration Form
Complete all registration form fields in the online registration with accurate information.
1. Log in or create a new SportsEngine account (if required)
2. Select an athlete to register from the list or select 'A New Athlete' if you don't see the athlete listed. If you are a parent, please make sure you are selecting the athlete instead of yourself.
4. Enter required athlete and guardian information
(For Club Name, please select, Champion Volleyball Club, and for Team Name, please select, Champion 12 Black)
5. Agree to required legal waivers
6. Submit the payment, if paying online, or submit registration and use payment information to pay via cash app or pay pal.
